Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Delhi

Reporting To: Purchase Manager / Supply Chain Head
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and timely delivery of solar project materials while ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for solar projects.
- Source and procure solar components such as:
- Solar Modules
- Inverters
- Mounting Structures
- Cables & Connectors
- Transformers
- SCADA Components
- BOS (Balance of System) Materials
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices with vendors.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Track inventory levels and initiate procurement as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, quality concerns, and delivery delays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the solar industry.
- Knowledge of solar EPC projects and solar equipment procurement.
- Understanding of vendor management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Solar EPC companies.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
