We are hiring qualified and dedicated Duty Doctors (MBBS) for our hospital in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient care during assigned shifts, supporting senior consultants, and managing emergency cases as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to patients in IP, OP, Casualty, and Emergency departments
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
- Support consultants in treatment and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate medical records and case sheets
- Handle basic emergencies and initiate primary care protocols
- Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for smooth patient management
- Ensure timely updates to patient attendants and follow clinical protocols
Skills and Competencies:
- Good clinical judgment and basic diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and handle shift responsibilities
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR (preferred)
- Proficiency in Telugu and/or English
