Job Summary:
The Packing Worker is responsible for packing finished products according to company standards, ensuring product quality, hygiene, and timely completion of daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack finished products accurately as per packing instructions.
- Check product quality before packing and report any damaged or defective items.
- Label, seal, and arrange packed products properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
- Ensure correct quantity and weight of packed products.
- Assist in sorting, counting, and stacking finished goods.
- Handle packing materials carefully to minimize wastage.
- Meet daily packing targets set by the supervisor.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required PPE.
- Report equipment issues or production problems immediately.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- Minimum SSLC/10th Pass (preferred).
- Previous experience in packing or food manufacturing is an advantage.
- Freshers may also apply.
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Basic counting and reading skills.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Discipline and punctuality.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
