Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Inbound Voice, Chat & Email Support
Location :- Moti Nagar (WEST DELHI)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns through chat and email channels within defined service levels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department as per the escalation matrix.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
