Job Description: Electrical Foreman
Location: Guwahati Manufacturing Plant
Position Type: Full-Time Employee (Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and installation activities.
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
Qualifications:
- Btech Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
