JOB OPENING – ACCOUNTANT
Position: Accountant
Location: Nayagoan Chandigarh
Company: NGCC Infratech (OPC) Private Limited
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Handle purchase, sales, expense and payment entries.
- Maintain cash, bank and ledger accounts.
- Prepare invoices, payment sheets and account statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Handle GST-related entries, invoices and basic GST compliance.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
- Maintain site-wise/project-wise accounts and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding bills and payments.
- Prepare MIS reports and other accounting statements as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a construction/infrastructure company will be an advantage.
