Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Manager to handle end-to-end finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of financial processes, compliance, and reporting, and should be able to manage day-to-day financial activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete finance and accounting operations
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and working capital
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external agencies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting functions
- Experience in manufacturing industry or retail outlet preferred
- Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Information:
- Candidates with hands-on experience in complete finance operations will be preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
