Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Explain Ather electric scooter models, features, pricing, charging options, and warranty details.
- Conduct vehicle demos and test rides for customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and accessories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Handle bookings, documentation, invoicing, and coordination for vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and branding standards are maintained.
