As an IPR Lawyer Team Manager, you'll lead a team of legal professionals handling trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other IP matters. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your legal expertise with leadership and make a significant impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IPR lawyers and legal associates.
- Oversee trademark, copyright, patent, and design registration matters.
- Review legal documents, applications, notices, and agreements for quality and compliance.
- Ensure timely handling of client cases while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide strategic legal advice on IP protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and case progress.
- Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
What We're Looking For
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law is an added advantage).
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Rights.
- Prior experience in leading or managing a legal team.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Design laws.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and client management abilities.
