About the Role
As a Business Growth Consultant, your job is to meet business owners, understand their challenges, and introduce them to BRM AdvantEdge's business management system. You will help founders save time, improve operations, and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities
- Find new business owners through field visits, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and company leads.
- Understand client challenges.
- Demonstrate our business management system.
- Arrange meetings with the consulting team.
- Help prepare proposals and close sales.
- Update all leads and follow-ups in CRM.
- Generate referrals and testimonials from satisfied clients.
Monthly KPIs
- 20–25 first meetings
- 6–8 qualified meetings
- 3–4 proposals
- 1–2 new clients
- 100% timely follow-ups
- 1 referral/testimonial per completed project
Who Can Apply?
- 2–6 years of B2B/software/business solution sales.
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Able to explain software in simple language.
- Self-motivated and honest.
Preferred: MSME network and Tally knowledge.
Salary & Growth
