Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to address complex issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality and performance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations (inbound calling preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer literacy (CRM or call management software experience is a plus).
