Job Summary
Eduport Academy Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team operations, and achieving revenue targets in the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of BDEs to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily follow-ups, lead conversions, and sales activities.
- Train and guide team members on sales strategies and CRM usage.
- Develop and implement business development plans.
- Track team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure proper lead allocation and pipeline management.
- Interact with key clients and support high-value conversions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development in EdTech.
- Experience in team handling or leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and inside sales processes.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of student behavior and education industry trends.
- Experience managing tele-calling or inside sales teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
