Objective:
To conceptualize, design, and deliver high-impact Organisational Performance Effectiveness (OPE), Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Family Business Advisory projects by ensuring effective project planning, timely execution, stakeholder engagement, and research support. The role also drives innovation through new HR/OD service offerings, leverages HR analytics and automation, strengthens client relationships, and contributes to sustainable business growth with an entrepreneurial and consulting-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Organisation Development & HR Consulting Projects
- Design strategic HR & Performance Management solutions
- Drive Leadership & Learning initiatives
- Support Family Business Advisory Projects
- Build client relationships & strategic partnership
- Create innovative HR solutions powered by analytics
Other requirements :
- Experience independently managing consulting / HR transformation projects
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Experience i HR Analytics, Data Analytics & Automation tools
- Exposure to Learning & Development initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
- Willingness to travel across India & overseas
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
