1. Electrical & Plumbing Maintenance
* Carry out installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
* Attend electrical and plumbing complaints promptly and ensure timely rectification.
* Perform routine inspection of electrical panels, lighting, pumps, pipelines, sanitary fixtures, motors, and other utility equipment.
* Coordinate with external service providers whenever required.
2. STP & Water Treatment Systems
* Monitor and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), water filtration units, pumps, and related utility systems.
* Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance of STP and filtration equipment.
* Maintain daily operational records and report any abnormalities immediately.
3. Waste Management & Housekeeping Support
* Handle segregation, collection, storage, and disposal of waste as per company procedures and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate with the housekeeping team for proper waste disposal and cleanliness.
* Ensure waste collection areas are maintained in a hygienic and safe condition.
* Attend emergency maintenance and breakdown calls without delay.
* Be available for emergency duties, overtime, weekend work, and night shifts whenever required.
* Travel to any company unit or institution based on operational requirements.
* Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company property.
* Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and other records as required.
* Perform any other work assigned by the management in the interest of the organization
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
