Responsibilities
- Own channel P&L across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio/JioMart and the D2C site
- Set and execute growth strategy — SKU expansion, pricing, ad budget allocation and ROAS targets, dual-brand strategy
- Own advertising performance — PPC strategy, ACOS/ROAS targets, in-house or agency ad management
- Manage marketplace accounts, platform relationships, deal participation and account-health governance
- Plan inventory across FBA/FC and self-ship; forecast demand for sale events
- Lead the e-commerce team and coordinate with accounts, dispatch and QC
- Report monthly performance to management with category and competitive intelligence
Must-Have Criteria
- Graduate/MBA; 5–8 years in marketplace/e-commerce management
- Demonstrable end-to-end ownership — revenue growth, ad/ROAS, operations and team together
- Deep Seller Central + Flipkart + ad-platform expertise
- P&L, unit-economics and contribution-margin thinking
- Home/lifestyle/fashion category experience a strong plus
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
