Job Shifting & Timing: 6 days a week and 6 days working
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Executive with a strong background in Retail Leasing within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing retail stores for our company and have a deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR market, including Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing retail leasing opportunities for the company.
- Manage end-to-end leasing activities, from identifying properties to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations for retail stores and businesses.
- Maintain and build relationships with landlords, property owners, and developers in key areas of Delhi NCR.
- Regularly visit sites to evaluate and update leasing portfolios and prospects.
- Work closely with the retail development team to align leasing strategies with business goals
- Visit potential properties, evaluate them based on criteria, and report findings
Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate with a focus on Retail Leasing.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market (Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Indirapuram, and Delhi).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of successful retail leasing and store sourcing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Own bike for site visits.
- Ability to travel across Delhi NCR for market research and client meetings.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
