We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our business on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management, sales growth, listing optimization, advertising, inventory control, and coordination with Amazon support to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
• Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance
• Handle Amazon cases, claims, chargebacks, and escalations
Product Listings & Content
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings
• Keyword research and SEO optimization
• Manage A+ Content, images, and product descriptions
• Coordinate with design/content teams if required
Sales & Growth
• Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Manage pricing, discounts, lightning deals, and promotions
• Analyze competitors and market trends
Advertising (Amazon PPC)
• Plan, run, and optimize Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
• Monitor ACoS, ROAS, and ad performance
• Prepare regular advertising performance reports
Inventory & Operations
• Forecast inventory requirements
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
• Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
• Manage FBA and FBM operations
Reporting & Analysis
• Track sales, revenue, profitability, and growth metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify improvement areas and action plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC
• Good analytical and Excel skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience in scaling Amazon brands
• Knowledge of international Amazon marketplaces
• Experience with inventory planning tools
• Understanding of GST, invoicing, and Amazon settlements
