As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the definition of requirements and contributing to the design and construction of data center technology components. The role includes active participation in testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of infrastructure solutions. Collaboration with various teams to align technology implementations with organizational goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and improvement of data center systems to maintain operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize infrastructure processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience in creating and managing software deployment packages across various platforms.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure components related to data center environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve packaging and deployment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline packaging processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
