About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to drive measurable growth through paid acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate spending to achieve optimal ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or other attribution platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic campaign decisions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B / EdTech / Finance / E-commerce domains (customize as per your sector).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
