We are looking for an excellent Web Designer who has at least 3 years of experience in the same profile and capable of creating create amazing user experiences. The ideal fit would be a candidate who has an eye for clean and artful web design along with superior user interface design skills. He should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders as well as clients
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Should be able to work on Landing Pages, Web Designing (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge), Graphics (Logos, Banners, etc), Email Creatives, Social Media Creatives & Info graphics.
- Candidate should be able to show examples of their work and explain their role in the projects.
- Pro-actively look for ways to improve the platform.
- Should be energetic, self-motivated and highly creative.
- Must have great attention to detail and understand best practices for web designing.
- Experience from Internet/Digital Marketing/E-commerce Industry would be added advantage.
- Skills in Jquery, Payment Integration, Ajax, PHP, Javascript.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver and other graphic tools.
- Should be good with Visualization & Presentation skills, a creative eye to detail.
- Passionate about user experience and designing/building great products.
- Demonstrated ability to design user experiences that your team members can readily turn into products.
- Work with Creative Leads, Visual Designers, User Interface Designers and Developers to create and design visual treatments.
- good design eye and an understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography and web font
- Know the ins-and-outs of responsive design (fluid grids), flexible images and media queries
- Cultivate a design sense and able of demonstrating programmatic thinking on the front-end
- Find the right balance of tools to speed up your workflow
- Be familiar with the entire design process: COLOR > FLOW > BALANCE AND PROPORTION > SPACING
- Know HTML like the back of your hand
- Understand the finer points of creating killer copy
- Has strong design Sense and capable of reaching web-design zenith

- Qualification:Graduate in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related design field. Or Graduate/Masters in any discipline with diploma or certification in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related design field along with relevant experience.
