Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded individual to support business development, marketing, customer engagement, content creation, and lead generation initiatives.
The role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple functions including social media, website management, exhibitions, dealer outreach, customer communication, and market research. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating business opportunities while helping strengthen the Venus brand across digital and traditional channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Support
- Manage company social media platforms.
- Create and coordinate product-focused content, reels, photos, and videos.
- Assist with website updates, product pages, and digital catalogues.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, and vendors when required.
- Support product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and generate dealer, distributor, institutional, and corporate leads.
- Maintain a lead database and track follow-ups.
- Support outreach through phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and industry networks.
- Coordinate meetings and product presentations.
- Assist in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Market Research
- Track industry trends, competitors, pricing, product launches, and market developments.
- Conduct research on new customer segments, channels, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor online marketplaces and customer feedback.
Customer & Dealer Engagement
- Respond to product inquiries received through social media, website, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal sales and service teams to ensure timely responses.
- Support dealer communication through WhatsApp campaigns, promotional material, and product information.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain records of leads, campaigns, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Track social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead generation, marketing activities, and business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales support, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
- Comfortable speaking with dealers, distributors, customers, and business partners.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Good understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
