Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and eager SEO Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student who has completed at least 6 months of formal SEO training from a recognized institute and is looking to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of SEO principles and a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Support on-page optimization efforts, including meta descriptions, title tags, and content optimization.
- Assist in building and maintaining backlinks.
- Help in monitoring and analyzing website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Contribute to content creation and optimization for search engines.
- Assist in generating reports on SEO performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Support the SEO team with various administrative tasks.
- Assist in optimizing google my business profiles.
- Assist in technical SEO audits.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 6 months of formal SEO training from a recognized institute.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn.
