Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Website Management:
- Update website content, blogs, banners, images, and product/service information regularly.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and SEO health.
- Coordinate with developers and external vendors for technical updates and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent content writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Video editing and content creation experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
