Job Opening: Crusher Manager – Dolomite Plant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced "Crusher Manager" to lead the operations and maintenance of a 250 TPH, 3-Stage Puzzolana Crushing Plant for Dolomite processing. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while ensuring safety, quality, equipment reliability, and cost-effective plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day crushing plant operations.
Ensure smooth operation of the 250 TPH, 3-Stage Puzzolana Crusher.
Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Optimize plant availability, productivity, and equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
Control production costs and minimize downtime.
Supervise plant operators, maintenance staff, and contractors.
Maintain production, maintenance, and inventory records.
Coordinate with Mines, Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, and Dispatch teams, MIS.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, or related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in crushing plant operations.
Hands-on experience with Puzzolana crushing plants preferred.
Experience in Dolomite, Limestone, Iron Ore, or similar mineral crushing plants.
Strong leadership, planning, and troubleshooting skills.
