Job Title: HR & Marketing Intern
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across both Human Resources and Marketing. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do :
Human Resources
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Coordinate internal HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Marketing
- Assist with lead generation and database management.
- Communicate with partners and prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams.
- Update CRM records and support pipeline management.
- Assist with social media activities across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
- Support partner outreach and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident interacting with clients and partners over phone and email.
- Basic understanding of HR and marketing principles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
