Deepak Agency is a well-established name in the garments and hosiery trade, based in Kedgaon, Ahmednagar. We work with a wide network of retailers and customers across the region, and are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen our customer interactions and support our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on orders and payments
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely communication
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions
- Assist in resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge — MS Excel, Email etc.
- Organized, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced trading environment
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
