Primary Responsibilities
1. ServiceNow Development
-
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

Configure workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
-
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
-
Develop catalog items, portals, and automation workflows
2. Technical Leadership
-
Lead a team of developers and administrators
-
Review code quality and enforce development standards
-
Guide junior developers on platform best practices
-
Support estimation, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
3. Solution Design & Implementation
-
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
-
Prepare technical design documents
-
Participate in architecture and integration discussions
-
Ensure scalable and reusable development patterns
4. Integration & Automation
-
Design integrations with external systems such as:

SAP
-
Salesforce
-
Kafka
-
CPQ
-
BRIM
-
Telecom order systems
-
Work on IntegrationHub, MID servers, and API orchestration
5. Production Support & Stability
-
Troubleshoot complex production issues
-
Handle platform upgrades and deployments
-
Improve performance and platform stability
-
Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis
