Job Description: Personal Assistant
We are looking for a smart, creative, and highly organized Personal Assistant who can carry out daily tasks while also bringing a good sense of design and aesthetics. The role includes handling daily tasks as per instructions given by owner (PROT Official) at office and personal. The candidate shall be sharp in making purchases and fit. The candidate should be proactive and able to work closely like a reliable support partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate with vendors and other teams.
- Handle communication, follow-ups, and coordination with vendors
- Maintain records, documents, and reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination with Owner of PROT Official
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with basic sense of design/aesthetics
- Presentable and professional personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers with good skills can apply)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
