- Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, digital inquiries, and corporate contacts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models and variants.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the dealership.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to facilitate timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/DMS.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication before and after delivery.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and local marketing activities to generate business.
Educational Qualification:
ITI/Diploma/Degree
