Role Overview We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online presence, responsible for executing campaigns that generate B2B leads and drive direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness from the ground up, especially for new product launches, and optimizing our digital channels for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive product sales and generate high-quality leads. Social Media Management: Oversee the daily operations of our social media profiles. Develop engaging content calendars, write compelling captions, and build a strong community around our brands. New Product Launches: Assist in creating and executing digital go-to-market strategies for new product lines, ensuring maximum visibility and initial sales momentum. Content Strategy: Collaborate with graphic designers or agencies to create high-performing ad creatives, product graphics, and engaging video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts). Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Design and execute targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new offerings. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and website traffic. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Website & Marketplace Optimization: Ensure website product pages and any e-commerce marketplace listings are optimized for conversions and user experience. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, health/wellness, or manufacturing sectors. Paid Ads Proficiency: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI. Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithm changes, and community engagement tactics. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and ad platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions. Creativity: A good eye for design and copywriting, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with both B2B clients and end consumers. Self-Starter: Ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
