Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, Web Components, Polymer, Kubernetes environments, and backend frameworks like Django and Django REST Framework.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying high-performance frontend solutions, including Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), while working in a distributed and open-source development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern web technologies.
- Build and maintain enterprise-level applications using Polymer and WebComponents.js.
- Develop decoupled frontend solutions and integrate with backend services.
- Optimize frontend performance for low-bandwidth and challenging environments.
- Develop and deploy Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Work with Kubernetes-based environments for application deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with distributed teams using Git and open-source development practices.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical planning, and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor team members and help transfer technical skills and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on open-source enterprise projects.
- Mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience with Polymer and WebComponents.js.
- 5+ years of experience developing and deploying decoupled frontend solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Django and Django REST Framework.
- 3+ years of experience working with software deployed on Kubernetes environments.
- Strong understanding of frontend optimization techniques and performance improvements.
- Experience building web solutions for low-connectivity and challenging environments.
- Strong experience with Git-based development workflows.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, plan, execute, and deliver technical solutions.

- Experience working in distributed or remote engineering teams.

Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Work Mode: Remote
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
