Job Title: Senior Placement Coordinator
Location: Noida (Travel Required)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Placement Coordinator to strengthen our placement network and support student employment initiatives. The role involves working closely with employers, coordinating recruitment activities across multiple branches, and ensuring students are connected with suitable career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with companies and hiring managers.
- Identify new employers and generate placement opportunities for students across all institute branches.
- Visit companies to discuss hiring requirements and establish long-term recruitment partnerships.
- Coordinate with Placement Officers at different branches to understand hiring needs and candidate availability.
- Organize campus interviews, walk-in drives, recruitment events, and employer engagement activities.
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and selection processes with recruiters.
- Share job opportunities with eligible students and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Conduct resume review sessions and assist students with interview preparation.
- Track interview schedules, selection status, joining updates, and placement outcomes.
- Maintain placement records, employer database, and periodic reports.
- Work closely with management to achieve placement objectives across all branches.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship management and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional approach while interacting with companies and students.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Understanding of recruitment and placement processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT and technical job profiles will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, Corporate Relations, or Business Development is preferred.
Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
Travel Requirement
This position involves regular travel for employer meetings, recruitment activities, campus drives, and coordination with different institute branches. Candidates should be comfortable traveling as required to support placement initiatives.
