Target Clients & Niches:
You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and pitching high-ticket business owners across three primary categories:
- Interior Designers & Home Renovators: Pitching portfolio-first websites, Google Maps visibility (Local SEO), and automated quote-request funnels.
- Clinics & Specialised Doctors (Dentists, Dermatologists, IVF/Fertility Clinics): Pitching seamless appointment booking flows, review reputation growth, and high-converting treatment landing pages.
- Real Estate Brokers & Developers: Pitching locality-targeted ad campaigns, property listing showcases, and verified buyer/investor lead capture systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential high-value business owners across Kanpur and surrounding commercial regions via cold calling, field visits, direct messaging, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Audit and evaluate prospects' current digital footprint (Google Business Profile/Maps, website performance, and social media presence) to identify gaps and pitch targeted improvements.
- Deliver persuasive product/service presentations, conduct initial discovery calls, and successfully close monthly marketing and web packages.
- Manage end-to-end follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B client acquisition, lead generation, or sales within a digital marketing, web design, or IT agency.
- Strong functional understanding of digital marketing assets, including Local SEO / Google My Business (GMB), Meta Ads, Google Search Ads, and landing page funnels.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills with proficiency in Hindi and professional working English.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with the motivation to close high-ticket clients and maximize commission potential.
Salary & Commission Structure:
- Compensation Model: Uncapped Performance-Based Commission (Directly linked to successful client conversions).
- Payout Rate: Attractive direct commission of 15% to 25% on every closed deal or monthly retainer.
- Earning Potential: Completely uncapped—the more high-ticket clients you convert, the higher your monthly earnings.
