Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and develop effective SEO strategies.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO activities.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals.
- Plan and implement high-quality link-building campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare detailed monthly SEO reports.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Improve website performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and Pingdom.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO trends.
- Senior candidates will also be expected to manage multiple client projects, participate in client meetings, and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Experience working with WordPress CMS and the Yoast SEO plugin.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SimilarWeb, KWFinder, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Good understanding of structured data, schema markup, indexing, crawling, and website speed optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
