Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of laboratory experience and be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation while following quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze laboratory samples.
- Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Record and maintain accurate test results and documentation.
- Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Report abnormal findings to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), B.Sc. Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical, diagnostic, or research laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
