Job Opening : Design Structure Engineer | Pune Head Office
Experience:5-7 years
Core Responsibilities Design & Analysis:
1. Perform structural analysis and calculate loads (e.g., wind, seismic, and dead loads) using modeling software.
2. Material Selection: Choose appropriate construction materials such as RCC, steel, or timber.
3. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs meet local and international building codes (e.g., IS, Eurocodes, AISC, or BS).
4. Drafting & Documentation: Develop detailed structural drawings, calculation reports, and specifications using CAD and BIM tools.
5. Collaboration & Support: Liaise with architects, project managers, and contractors to align design specifications with project budgets and timelines.
6. Site Inspections: Conduct field visits to inspect structural conditions, resolve on-site issues, and verify compliance with structural designs
Key Requirements Education:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard software like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Revit, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of foundation design, steel frame validation, and connection detailing.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
