Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Honda BigWing dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom enquiries, understanding customer requirements, presenting Honda BigWing motorcycles, conducting test rides, generating sales and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally handle showroom walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Honda BigWing motorcycles.
- Explain product features, specifications, variants, pricing and finance options.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
- Handle enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, online leads and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead details in CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, Accessories and Delivery teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Keep updated with Honda BigWing products, offers, competitor products and market trends.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, events, road shows and customer engagement activities when required.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler sales preferred.
- Experience with premium motorcycle brands will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Passion for motorcycles and automobile products.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/DMS handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is required.
- Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for motorcycles may also be considered.
