About the Role
We are looking for an active and responsible person who can visit our customers at their homes or offices to collect loan repayments and deposits on behalf of the company.
What You Will Do
- Visit customers daily as per the list given by your manager and collect EMI or loan repayments
- Collect deposit amounts from members and issue proper receipts for every collection
- Collect KYC documents like Aadhaar, PAN, and address proof from new or existing customers
- Remind customers about their upcoming or overdue payments politely
- Submit all collected cash and cheques to the branch office on the same day
- Update your daily collection report in the company app or register
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues to your manager if needed
- Always follow company rules and RBI guidelines while dealing with customers
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass
- Bike and valid driving licence is must
- Basic smartphone knowledge
- Good communication in local language
- Freshers can also apply — training will be provided
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
