Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across plywood, hardware, interior solutions, and CCTV surveillance product segments. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealers, distributors, project sales, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned product categories
- Develop and manage Franchise, and channel partner network
- Generate project-based sales in interior contractors, builders, architects, and institutional clients
- Promote plywood, hardware, interior solutions, and CCTV surveillance products to new and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
- Conduct regular market visits to expand brand visibility and demand generation
- Handle product positioning, pricing discussions, and negotiation with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales strategy
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business / Marketing / Related Field (preferred)
- 2–6 years experience in sales (plywood, hardware, interior, CCTV, or building materials preferred)
- Strong dealer/distributor handling experience
- Good understanding of construction and interior industry ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in field sales and extensive travel
- Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset

- CCTV & security surveillance system sales
- Interior material or building material distribution
- Project sales (builders, architects, contractors)

Pay: ₹16,092.55 - ₹40,000.00 per month
