Internship Details
Role: Business Development Associate (Sales & Marketing)
Duration: 2 to 3 Months (Initial Phase)
Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Stipend:
First 2 months: Commission-based earning (learning and exposure phase)
After 2 months: Performance based stipend, PPO, or paid role opportunity
About the Role
This role is all about ownership, consistency, and taking initiative!
As a BDA Intern, you will be actively involved in real startup operations, global outreach, and
partnership building. You will work on expanding our presence across international markets like the USA, Australia, and UAE.
What You’ll Do:
•Connect with international clients through calls, emails, and professional platforms
•Work on lead generation, research, and client acquisition
•Deliver impactful pitches and clearly communicate value
•Build strong networks, partnerships, and business connections
•Explore opportunities through events, communities, and collaborations
•Support sales and marketing activities for growth
•Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and proper documentation
Who We’re Looking For :
•This role is for serious and motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow!
•Professional, sincere, and responsible in their work
•Comfortable working remotely and attending daily meetings
•Confident in spoken and written English
•Energetic and ready to work in a fast paced startup environment
•Interested in sales, marketing, networking, and business growth
•Good at convincing, negotiating, and building connections
•Open to cold calling, outreach, and client interaction
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
•Basic understanding of international markets and client handling
•Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn
•Background in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
•Experience in sales or a degree related to sales or business
•Exposure to lead generation, sales, or networking activities
