Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Generate qualified leads and sales bookings through the CP network.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and partner engagement activities.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Organize CP meets, promotional events, and training sessions.
- Track lead conversions and ensure timely follow-up with channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize closures and revenue generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2–8 years of experience in Channel Partner sourcing/business development in real estate.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in lead generation and sales.
