Area Sales Executive (ASE) / Area Sales Officer (ASO) – Auto (Tyre Industry)
Location: Chandigarh, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar/Cuttack, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore
Industry Requirement: Tyre Industry Only (MRF, Apollo Tyres, JK Tyre, CEAT, BKT, Bridgestone, Goodyear, TVS Eurogrip, Michelin, etc.)
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive merchant acquisition, product penetration, and transaction growth across assigned territories. This is a field-based role focused on expanding distribution and strengthening retailer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand merchant distribution within the assigned territory
- Increase product penetration across existing merchants
- Drive repeat usage and transaction frequency
- Achieve monthly GTV and sales targets
- Execute sales campaigns, schemes, and local activation programs
- Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships
- Monitor territory performance and provide market insights
Eligibility Criteria
For ASE
- Minimum 5 years of total experience
- Currently working as Area Sales Executive (ASE) or equivalent
For ASO
- Minimum 2 years of total experience
- Currently working as Area Sales Officer (ASO) or equivalent
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 75% of overall experience must be in Tyre Field Sales
- Strong territory management and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales performance and target achievement record
- Minimum 1.5 years in current organization
- Minimum 2 years in previous organization
- Fluency in local language
- Basic English communication skills
- Basic Hindi preferred
Work Schedule
- Field Sales Role
- 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
