Good knowledge about Injection molding machine Process & Plastic raw materials.
Process Oversight: Monitor incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure strict compliance with specifications.
Team Management: Schedule shifts, assign daily workloads, evaluate employee performance, and provide training on quality protocols.
Auditing & Reporting: Conduct routine internal plant audits, track quality metrics, and document results for management.
Problem Solving: Lead root-cause investigations for defective products or customer complaints, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
Preference to the CIPET or Diploma in Polymer technology students.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
