The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to serve as the critical bridge between our customers and our product and
engineering teams. You will own requirement discovery, client onboarding discussions, and delivery coordination — working closely with both US-based stakeholders and India-based technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement discovery sessions with prospects and customers — translating business needs around customer success, churn management, and support operations into clear, actionable product specifications
- Act as the primary liaison between customer stakeholders and our engineering team throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for prospects and new customers
- Own and maintain detailed BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, defect triage, and release sign-off within an Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Manage multiple client engagements concurrently with strong attention to timeline and quality
- Collaborate with the US team during a 4-hour daily overlap window (evening IST)

Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent presentation skills are required for this role
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a B2B software environment
- Strong domain knowledge of CRM platforms — Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk — including data models and workflow concepts
- Proven experience running stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and product demos independently
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery — user stories, sprint ceremonies, product unit testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with global, distributed teams

- Exposure to customer success, support operations, or SaaS implementation projects
- Working knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
- Experience with early-stage or growth-stage product companies

Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
