Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging HR Trainer / Faculty to deliver online training sessions for students and professionals pursuing careers in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong HR domain expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online training sessions in Human Resource Management.
- Teach HR concepts including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, labor laws, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and training materials.
- Conduct practical and industry-oriented learning sessions.
- Guide students in HR tools, processes, and best practices.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Address learner queries and provide academic support.
- Stay updated with current HR trends and industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Training, Teaching, or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in online teaching or corporate training is preferred.
- Ability to conduct engaging and interactive virtual sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
Preferred Skills
- Industry experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, or talent management.
- Training certification or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to simplify concepts and provide practical examples.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
