The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient room management, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception, concierge, reservations, and guest relations teams. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise front office operations, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations.
- Ensure a warm welcome and professional check-in/check-out experience for all guests.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and room allocations to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, Security, and Food & Beverage departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing requirements.
- Train, coach, and evaluate front office team members.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor billing accuracy, cash handling, and night audit procedures.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Drive upselling opportunities to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
