## Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to manage our day-to-day client relationships, drive the sales pipeline, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for leads and existing business clients, handling everything from initial follow-ups and quotation generation to resolving post-sales complaints.
## Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Follow-ups: Conduct daily follow-ups with inbound leads to qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
Quotation Generation: Prepare and present accurate commercial quotations and business proposals tailored to client requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with day-to-day business clients to foster strong partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Issue Resolution & Support: Act as the first point of contact for client grievances, ensuring complaints are registered, tracked, and resolved promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
## Key Requirements
Prior experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or a similar commercial role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to accurately handle pricing, quotations, and documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset to handle complaints professionally.
Good organizational skills to manage daily multi-tasking between sales and support.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
