Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will assist in design development, prepare drawings, coordinate with the site team, and ensure designs are executed according to client requirements and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept development, space planning, and interior design solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings using design software.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and progress.
- Assist in material selection, furniture layouts, and finish specifications.
- Create mood boards, presentations, and design proposals for clients.
- Ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Support senior designers in client meetings and project coordination.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and furniture layouts.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design projects.
- Experience working on residential and commercial interior projects.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good time management and multitasking ability.
- VRAY, SKETCHUP, 3D MAX.
