Preferable With L.L.B 5- 10 Yrs Experience In Service Industry/Hospitals, Computer Literate, Command Over Marathi, well versed with handling Labour Issues, IR, Statutory Requirements, Appraisal, Training/Development, Union Matters, Staff Welfare, Negotiations with union on Charter Of Demands, Enquiries Of Disciplinary Actions, Maintaining records and registers to meet NABH standards
