Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Requirements
- Fluent in Tamil
- Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willing to work from the Chennai office.
